What You Need to Log In

The Reprint Counselling Form opens with the same four details you used to register for counselling.

Roll Number
Mother's Name
Date of Birth (DD-MM-YYYY)

How to Reprint Your Counselling Form

  1. Open the official portal

    Go to the official Pre D.El.Ed 2026 website run by VMOU, Kota, and click Reprint Counselling Form.

  2. Enter your details

    Type your counselling ID, roll number, mother's name and date of birth, then click Proceed.

  3. View and print your form

    The portal opens the counselling registration form you submitted. Save it as a PDF or print a copy for your records.

If you hold more than one counselling ID, reprint the form separately from each counselling ID.
