What is the BSTC Pre D.El.Ed 2026 exam pattern?
200 objective questions worth 600 marks (3 marks each), no negative marking, 3 hours, offline OMR, bilingual Hindi-English paper. Four equal sections of 50 questions: Mental Ability, Rajasthan GK, Teaching Aptitude and Language Ability.
Is there negative marking in BSTC Pre D.El.Ed 2026?
No. A correct answer earns 3 marks and a wrong or unattempted question scores 0, so the right strategy is to attempt all 200 questions.
Is the BSTC syllabus the same for the General and Sanskrit streams?
Sections A, B and C are identical for both streams. Only the second language in Section D changes: Hindi (D-III) for General candidates, Sanskrit (D-II) for Sanskrit candidates. English (D-I) is compulsory for everyone.
In which language does the BSTC exam come?
The paper is bilingual: every question appears in both Hindi and English, except the language questions themselves.
How many marks do I need in BSTC Pre D.El.Ed to qualify for counselling?
