  1. Open the official portal

    Go to the official Pre D.El.Ed 2026 website run by VMOU, Kota, and click Reprint Invoice.

  2. Enter your details

    Type your counselling ID and roll number, then click Proceed.

  3. View and print your invoice

    The portal opens your Rs. 3,000 counselling payment invoice. Save it as a PDF or print a copy for your records.

If you hold more than one counselling ID, reprint the invoice separately from each counselling ID. The registration fee is charged only once per roll number.
