The Institute Panel (College Panel) login for teacher-education institutions: how colleges log in, register, upload documents, and verify allotted candidates at reporting.

Who This Panel Is For

The Institute Panel is the login for teacher-education institutions running the two-year D.El.Ed (General) or D.El.Ed (Sanskrit) course, formerly called BSTC. Colleges use it to register on the portal, upload their institution documents, and verify the candidates allotted to them during counselling. Candidates do not log in here; everything a candidate needs is on the Counselling page.

What You Need to Log In

The College Panel opens with the credentials sent to your institution.

Password

The User ID and password are sent to the institution's registered mobile number and email. A Forgot Password option is available on the portal if you need to reset it.

How to Log In to the Institute Panel

  1. Open the official portal

    Go to the official Pre D.El.Ed 2026 website run by VMOU, Kota, and open the College Panel.

  2. Enter your credentials

    Type your User ID or NIC Code and your password, then click Proceed. Use Forgot Password if you cannot sign in.

  3. Manage your institution

    Check and update your institution profile, and during counselling, verify the documents of the candidates allotted to you.

Institution Registration

Teacher-education institutions registered on the portal and uploaded their institution documents between May 26 and June 1, 2026. That window is now closed. Login details were sent to each institution's registered mobile number and email when registration opened.

What Institutions Do During Counselling

Check the documents uploaded by allotted candidates
Verify original documents at reporting, then return them
Reject unclear or wrong uploads, so the candidate can re-upload
Complete the admission once documents are verified

If your institution did not receive its login details, email helpdesk@predeledraj2026.com from the institution's registered email, on official letterhead, with the head's name and mobile number.
