How to Check Your Pre D.El.Ed 2026 Admission Status

  1. Go to the official website

    Visit the official Pre D.El.Ed 2026 portal run by VMOU, Kota.

  2. Click the check link

    Click on the link labeled Check Admission Status (Provisional Admission Slip) which routes to the getAdmnStatus.php page.

  3. Enter the 7 credentials

    Input your counselling ID, roll number, form number, name, father's name, mother's name and date of birth exactly as printed on your application form.

  4. View and print status slip

    Click the search or proceed button. If the college has verified your reporting, the portal displays your provisional admission slip. You can print or download this slip for your records.

Important: The provisional admission slip is only generated after the allotted institute reviews and approves your uploaded documents and marks your reporting status as completed. If it still says not reported, contact your college immediately.

What details are required to check the BSTC Pre D.El.Ed Admission Status?

What is the Provisional Admission Slip?
The Provisional Admission Slip is the confirmation document generated after you have been allotted a college, paid the remaining admission fee of Rs. 13,555, uploaded your documents and completed in-person reporting at the allotted institute. It serves as proof of admission until formal enrolment.
What if the portal shows that I have not reported?
If the portal shows that reporting is incomplete, contact your allotted college to verify that your documents were accepted and your physical verification was completed. Also confirm that the admission fee of Rs. 13,555 has been received by checking your Payment Status. If both are done and the portal still shows incomplete, contact the helpline.
What documents are verified during in-person reporting?
You must carry original copies of your Class 10 and 12 marksheets, a handwritten self-declaration (format on the portal), a passport-size photo, a caste certificate (if applicable), a mool niwas certificate, and a sub-category certificate (if applicable). The college verifies originals against the uploaded scans and returns them.
Can I check admission status after applying for Upward Movement?
Yes. If you applied for Upward Movement (July 3 to 4, 2026) and were allotted a higher-preference college in the revised list (July 7), your admission status updates to reflect the new college after you complete the revised reporting (July 7 to 9).
Does my provisional admission change after upward movement?
Only if you were moved up. In that case your earlier admission stands cancelled automatically, and the new institute issues your admission after you report there in person by 9 July 2026. If you were not moved up, nothing changes and no fresh fee is needed.
What are institutes verifying between 7 and 9 July?
Institutes verify the admission of their admitted candidates online on the authorized portal during this window. Candidates do not need to do anything for this step beyond completing their own reporting.
